Precision Impedance Analyzers

6500B Series (20Hz - 120MHz)

Components are quickly and accurately characterized from 20Hz to 120 MHz. Ideal choice for verification of passive component or dielectric materials in the laboratory, production or test environments.

Graphical sweeps of two measured parameters are displayed on the clear, large, colour LCD display. Swept parameters are frequency, drive level and DC bias. For single frequency measurements a meter mode is available which includes a resonance search facility.

All 6500B instruments may be externally controlled using the GPIB or LAN interface.
